The Vertiv Avocent HMX8000 IP KVM System is a high performance KVM system that provides access to system computers via a standard IP infrastructure network, allowing users the ability to access and share computing resources.it offers 4K video over a single fiber connection, along with audio and USB. It is ideal for demanding applications that require high resolution and zero latency such as in broadcasting, sports venues, pre- and post-production editing, control rooms and collaborative environments. An IP-based KVM (keyboard, video, mouse) extender, it allows critical computing hardware to be housed remotely from the user workstation in a secure, temperature-controlled environment. It is designed to improve productivity, reduce IT costs and produce better business results. This KVM system provides powerful administrative tools and connection-management control for the network resources without compromising quality.
